Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 September 2026.
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms are an agreement between you and Vcoreautomations (“we”, “us”, “our”), which operates the VCore Automation service. “VCore Automation” and “VCore” are trading names of Vcoreautomations.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business; if you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. The service
VCore Automation provides lead capture, automated follow-up messaging, appointment booking, estimate follow-up, review requests, customer reactivation and reporting for service businesses. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays caused by third-party carriers or providers.
4. Accounts and workspaces
Each customer operates inside its own workspace. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, for the accuracy of the data you provide, and for the conduct of staff you invite.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not use it unlawfully; send fraudulent content, spam or unsolicited messages; infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; upload malware; probe, scan or interfere with the security or integrity of the service; scrape it; reverse engineer it; resell or redistribute it; or circumvent technical limits.
6. Messaging, consent and compliance
You are solely responsible for obtaining consent before contacting your customers by call or text, for honouring STOP requests, and for complying with applicable messaging, telemarketing and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
7. AI-assisted features and accuracy
Some features generate replies and summaries automatically. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not professional, legal, financial or regulated advice. You are responsible for the content you send, for reviewing output before it reaches your customers, and for holding the rights to any content you input. We may filter, restrict or remove content and suspend accounts for repeated or serious misuse, and we will act on well-founded rights-holder complaints sent to us using the contact details below.
8. Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation, designs and branding. You retain ownership of your own data and content, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
9. Fees, payment and order processing
Setup fees and monthly subscription fees are shown on the pricing page. Messaging and AI usage above the plan allowance is metered and billed at provider cost plus 10%. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund.
10. Cancellation, suspension and termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
11. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill, or for message delivery failures by third-party carriers or providers. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where that exclusion is not permitted by law.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful or non-compliant use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
13. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here.
