30-day money-back guarantee
Vcoreautomations offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on VCore Automation. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to subscription fees and to onboarding and setup fees.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at support@vcorebiz.com and we will raise the request for you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancellation can be managed from your billing page or through Paddle.
